Meet Dr. Mikaela Dees

Dr Mikaela is the owner and Chiropractor for Dees Chiropractic & Wellness LLC. She was a world champion competitive cheerleader for Cheer Athletics and a collegiate cheerleader at Texas Tech University where she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She graduated from Parker University with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition. Dr. Mikaela is an expert in preventative Chiropractic care with a focus on healing the patient at the source. As a new mother of a beautiful baby girl, she specializes in providing care to pregnant women, new mothers, and children of all ages!

Dr. Lex is a chiropractor dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas before going on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University. With a strong background in kinesiology and a passion for helping patients understand their bodies, Dr. Lex takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to chiropractic care. She focuses on identifying the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms, while incorporating chiropractic care, movement, exercise, and patient education into individualized treatment plans. Dr. Lex believes chiropractic care should be approachable, evidence-informed, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Whether helping patients recover from an injury, manage pain, improve mobility, or maintain their overall health and wellness, her goal is to empower each patient to take an active role in their health. Outside of the office, Dr. Lex enjoys running and spending time with family. She is excited to serve the Forney community and looks forward to helping patients live healthier, more active lives.
